Who processes your data?
Lucena (lucenachess.com) is the data controller. For any question about your data: privacy@lucenachess.com.
What we collect
Your email and a hashed password for authentication. The games you import (PGN, result, opening, time control) and the analyses derived from them (errors per move). Your language and display theme. No banking data, no advertising profile.
Why, on what basis?
Solely to provide the service you signed up for (contract performance) and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and display no ads.
Where your data lives
Database and authentication: Supabase, European Union region (Paris). Application hosting: Vercel. Transactional email: Resend. No transfers to third countries beyond these providers.
How long
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When the account is deleted, everything is erased immediately and automatically.
Your rights
Access, export, rectification and erasure. In the app, under "Me": the "Export my data" button (machine-readable JSON) and the "Delete my account" button (permanent erasure). For anything else, write to us.
Cookies
Only the strictly necessary session cookies required to stay signed in. No third-party trackers, no third-party analytics.
